Santori Signori is the current leader of the ancestral Ashaninka community of Pampa Michi, located in Chanchamayo, Peru. He is the grandson of the founder Augusto Capurro Mayor,
The Pampa Michi community was discovered in 1964. The community is supported by its work in tourism and crafts.
Their craftsmanship is composed of handmade objects, such as necklaces, bags, chaquiras (bracelets and necklaces), cushmas (traditional clothing), crowns, and bows and arrows. Much of their work is done with seeds grown within the community.
