Adam began his journey in filmmaking as a volunteer at a local art house cinema in his home country of Poland. After a few years, he was offered his first job as a Mobile Cinema Venture partner, working as a projection technician and logistics coordinator.

A few successful years later, he acquired a DCP projector and launched a Commercial Mobile Cinema Venture, traveling from city to city, bringing the latest movies to places without a stationary digital cinema.
